strange dots running down monitor with pic on dell 24"

i have a dell 2405fpw and have strange dots at the upper left corner the dots keep fickering diff colours. I didnt kno where to post this so sorry if its in wrong place anyway here the pic

sorry if you cant see it but its like little pixcles are dead

To me it looks like 3 sub pixels [2 Red, 1 green] and the white one is a full pixel. Total of 4 faulty pixels on show, are there any more?

there 9 on there but they all change colour they dont stick on them colours there

If that's a screen grab and not a photo then the monitor isn't at fault, likely the graphics card has corrupted memory, is overheating, or possibly your RAM*.

*Been a while since I've overclocked, may be confusing my RAM and CPU corruption.

yeh was a scrren grab i ran a programe called udpixel now its gone i thought it was more of a graphic problem
