Strange Dreamweaver MX 2004 problem

One of my sites has a strange problem when editing in Dreamweaver (MX 2004). When you edit a file you get an asterisk next to the file tab, and when you save it normally goes away, but on one of my sites it doesn't. It seems to actually be saving the file, it's just not recognising that it has. It's a little annoying as I'm not sure if I've saved a file or not before I close, as it ALWAYS asks if I want to save upon close, even if no changes have been made. Anyone come across this before or have any ideas?

Found out the problem. I had originally set the site up with FTP to automatically upload files on save. I then went back to the "none" setting in remote, but I think it was still trying to upload on save. Just go back into remote, change to FTP, uncheck the "automatic upload", and then change the setting back to "none".
