Strange emails

Right I just got 4 strange emails from various dodgy people and they all say the same thing. I dont know if I should give out their email adresses, but these are the websites they were with. (The names were like 'secur@' 'serv@' 'sec@' and such).

motorsportwarehouse.com
logoluso.com
midmich.net (dodgy as ****)

The emails all read

Probably it is connected with the last epidemic of a worm which does not have patches at the moment.
We recommend you to install a firewall module and it will stop e-mail sending. Otherwise your account will be blocked until you do not eliminate
malfunction.

I was using Tunderbird on my email at [email protected] which is a POP3 account and is near brand new and I havent visited any of those websites in my life either.

Has anyone had emails like these and what do you think they mean? Its very strange and I think it could be my webhost tbh.

Any input on what they are for would be good,
