Strange error. and windows maybe ram?

i was looking through some pics. and i got an error when i tried to delete one of them saying i didnt have enough free memory that i had to close a program. and after that i couldnt click anything and Ctrl Alt Del did work i couldnt do anything.

i had windows mediaplayer open and a download program and an explorer window with my pics in.

any ideas?

i have my ram running on stock timings at 216Mhz GeIL Value

memtest 86 if you recon its ram, thats well wierd considering you have 2gb - has it happened since?

i dont have the file, help, tools thing in all my explorer windows and internet explorer

EDIT: just restarted and lowered the MHZ of my ram and will see what happens. i dont have time to run memtest atm.
