strange error with the internet bitdefender internet security 2020

helo i have one strange error with the internet bitdefender internet security 2020..

first i have to say that i did format in my disk and i have only windows 10..

i bought the internet bitdefender internet security 2020 but after i do login in the https://central.bitdefender.com/dashboard and when i am trying to install the bitdefender internet security 2020 and particually after the installation..

i have the message windows are saying that run into a problem and must to restart the system again..

in my windows i havent install another things..
windows are in the latest update of october 2020 with the latest updates..
