Hey guys,
Just looking for a bit of help diagnosing this strange problem. I have a pair of Anycubic Photon Mono 4K machines. One of them has been failing regularly for a while now and chewing its way through FEP film at an alarming rate, other one is running great and 95% error free results.
Below is a few photos of the errors.
As you can see its not like things are breaking off the build plate during printing - The error are occuring further into the print process and it's too uniform for that + always seems to happen toward the middle of the build plate not around the edges. Also I'm pretty sure its not what I'm trying to print as I'm using the same files between them and they are still coming out fine on the other machine.
It's as if the LCD screen is glitching in some way?
I've emailed Anycubic who gave me a fairly generic "have you tried reseting everything" type response... It's definitely not what I'm printing because as I say, I'm printing the same files on both machines and having largely error free prints on my other one. Everything is clean and appears to work fine...
Any advice here as this is really annyoing when you're printing to sell items as a business and I'm kind of scratching my head here as to what to do.
Cheers! Niall

That failure looks awfully perfect, in the sense that it's a nice circle around the centre of the plate....

Is the plate and screen perfectly flat? I'm wondering if there's more/less of a gap in the middle, have you got a perfect straight edge to check against?
