Hi,

Ive just installed some water blocks on my 670's, but am getting a red flickering on 1 of my 3 screens, if i play a game where it uses just 1 screen say (1920 x 1080) it flickers red like a strobe but if i run on 3 screens say 5760 x 1080 its fine.

Ive tried updating my drivers it still does it,
ive removed cpuz and aida64 too.

also temps on on cards were both at 45c so its not a heat problem

any ideas, has anyone seen this before?

Yes, havent changed a thing except put blocks on.

is strange its only when i have to use 1 screen

if it were all 3 i could understand it

Try changing your sli connector around! I had this issue after fiddling with something and disconnecting the sli bridge on my two 670's (albeit on one screen, i only have one monitor). I had a strange red flickering on games and was like "wtf is this?".

Did a google and it is because the SLI bridge was the wrong way around/not connected properly! powered off, swapped the sli bridge around and all is fine again.

yes full EK cover blocks, using EVGA's ovn monitor it does not show the VRM temps just GPU temp, so dont know, but wouldnt it be higher running at higher resolutions?

swap your sli bridge around/ make sure it is seated correctly!

I just saw your thread and realised i had exactly the same issue the other day!

I dont know the reason for it though as i thouhgt it didnt matter which way round it went. Maybe when you install the drivers though you have to keep it the same way round as when they were installed?
