Strange Goings On ??

Ok guys something weird has just happend i turned my comp on today and all seemed fine went on msn and a friend of mine said what am i sending them? i wasn't sending them any file but they claim i am saying they don't know what the file is! this confused me as i wasn't sure what the hell was going on so i restarted my computer and have realised that Nod32 isn't running in my taskbar and also my creative xfi pannel wasn't there either! so i went into my startup manager and only 3 programmes are there (logitech for my mouse - avg antispyware - and nvidia for my gfx card) before there was atleast 10!

has my computer been hacked? i have just run a scan on my computer and nothing is showing up!

You haven't put anything in your "My Sharing Folder" for that person are you and forgot about it ??

not as far as i know, maybe by accident but how would this erase all of my start up entries and registry's?

System Restore to the day it was all fine and dandy, if that doesn't work try reinstalling windows or reinstalling programmes.
