Strange Graphic problem in Oblivion

Yo,

Can someone shed some light on what this is?

Notice the coloured areas that appear when I shake the view quickly.

Ive tried a range of diff settings without much luck.

Notice the colours in the dungeon should be grey/black/dark blue.

Try and spot the yellow/reds/greens that flash up.

That video is **** quality, since I had to reduce its size to get it on the net.

Nothing like what your describing mate. Might be your monitor thats the problem or the cable from card to monitor. Try taking monitor cable from vid card insepect the connectors on card and monitor cable if it looks ok reconnect firmly and have another go with the game. If your playing with gamma and stuff too high, try turning them down etc.
