Strange issue on start up

As of 3 days ago, I've been getting a strange screen pop up on my computer whenever I boot it.

The day before nothing strange happened, I switched it off as normal and then the very next day this screen I haven't seen before showed up, and it's been doing it on ever boot since.

After entering the SETUP screen and then exiting without making changes the computer runs normally, the only thing I have to change is the clock, but I'm confused as to what this is, why it's started and how to stop it.

Yes that can cause many issue you would not think possible, I had 1 SATA port going missing on startups (not every time) on a previous build and it was down to the CMOS battery.

Tbh I have no idea, I've had the PC for almost 3 years and the only issue I had was one BSOD at the start of year.

I wouldn't know what it is exactly or how to fix it. Could this cause any issues down the road? If it's just having to reset the clock each time I'm not too bothered.

I say follow timmy222's advice and replace the BIOS battery. Shouldn't be too difficult to do.
