Strange issuie, Help

Hi .

When somone calls my mobile phone i answer but they cant hear me responding, i also tried to enable speaker but they still hear nothing.

So i call them back and they can clearly hear me, im confused.

Any sugestions ?

This used to happen occasionally with my Note 4, no idea why and I never resolved it.
