strange itunes problem

just plugged my iphone into itunes and it pops up a message telling to my phone cannot be accessed in itunes because i need to instal a 64bit version of itunes ?>?

it is a 64bit version of itunes, and has worked flawlessly for the past few months

any ideas ?

lol exact same page i was on, done that and its now works
