Since I upgraded my PC I can't download anything beyond 31kb per second.
This is really puzzling me as I used to get speeds of well over 100kb per second previously. Checked all the settings but can't get to the bottom of it.
Just wondered if there is an obvious solution to this. I am on 2meg connection incidently.
