Strange loud clicking noise

Just finished building PC yesterday and finally installed new windows on SSD and everything, and since this morning the PC has developed a large clicking noise no matter what I do.

I think it maybe the fan on my PSU, but that is brand new - Is this possible? Or is it something broke on my GTX480?

Anyhelp grately appreciated

I had a ticking noise from my PC. It sounded like a cable was sitting on a fan somewhere. I opened it up but couldn't find it. Eventually my HDD broke

I replaced it (when HDDs were cheap

) and no ticking now. That was over a year ago.

I have checked for cables and none seem to be in the way, and sounds like it comes from the rear of the PC, but may check HDDs too

After doing a youtube search on coil whine, it does not sound like an electrical sound but more like a clicking like this...
