Strange motherboard/boot problems

Hello,

I have a strange problem with my pc. when I first start it, it wont boot saying (cant remember exactly) insert bootdisk etc, then I have to go into the bios, save and quit then it boots.

I find this very strange! Any ideas? - it has only done this after I played around overclocking my CPU now it does it no matter what the CPU is set to.

What s your first boot device set to?

how do you mean? what sata port? Its set to boot to the correct hard drive in the bios.

Go into bios and check boot settings make sure you hdds with OS is set to boot first
