Strange Mouse Problem - Microsoft Sidewinder

So was sitting at PC this afternoon and all of a sudden, I start to get default Bleeps and random left and right mouse click actions appear on the screen. As though someone is clicking the mouse buttons. PITA when I have one of the side buttons setup for ventrillo.

Setup:
Logitech G15 V.2 (Week Old) - Latest Software
Microsoft Sidewinder (Week Old) - Latest Software
Intel P4
Windows XP
I have tried the mouse on my wifes la0p and it seems fine, but on mine its deffo not right. Also seems laggy when I rightclick.

Any suggestions Guys, this is doing my head in

Hey Mel,

Uninstalled the Intellipoint software and all is fine now. It was doing it regardless of usb ports but as above, seems it was the software anyways lol

Got a new build this week so will be fine hopefully after that. Thanks though mate
