Do you have strange or annoying neighbours?
Both our neighbours are really weird. On one side they are completely silent all day every day including weekends... Then after 7pm every evening they emerge and the man starts doing DIY, gardening and anything else noisy he can. Their kids suddenly appear as well and they let them run wild until after 9 at night even though they are both under 8, one is about 4
really irritating considering we have a small child 
On the other side is an old couple who you never ever see. I have seen them only three times in over a year! Once at a glance through a window and the other times I have left the house, seen them, then they scamper inside although everyone has the plague
we built a massive new wall between our two properties and at no point did they return calls we made, knocks on the door or answer letters we posted through. They just let us do it and his the whole time
