Strange Nvidia driver issue

I went to uninstall my drivers today and found them missing in programs and features, Geforce experience, miracast and physx were all there but the display driver itself was missing. I had this issue with the last round of drivers.

Anyone having the same issue ?

Oh and its Win 8.1
