strange one... can i change the location of where my save games go?

in vista they seem to save the games all over show, some in the right place some making crazy paths and folder, i like to keep my docs for 'doc' anyone know a eaasy way of doing this or is it each and every one? the main one is pro evo 2009...

thought so, why on earth can't you choose the location like you can with the install path!
