Just had a thought after gym session, and it's got me thinking.
Is bodybuilding bad for your brain? Surely putting that much pressure on your skull (going red / seeing stars) isn't good. I can't see how this can be healthy.
I'm not going to stop lifting, ever, but I'm becoming more interested in general health than being huge and pushing big weights.
