Strange OSX Lion web browsing problems?

Hi guys,

I upgraded to osx lion this morning from the appstore. Everything works great bar web browsing.

Some sites just refuse to load and always time out, even though the website is up and running.

apple.com

both don't work and time out, tried firefox, chrome and safari!

Also the facetime app won't login, amsn won't login and any emails i send outward with attachments aren't received?!

What DNS settings are you using?

Try adjusting your DNS settings to use 8.8.8.8 and see if they work there.

I know this sounds silly but have you tried rebooting?

After my initial upgrade on Wednesday I had all sorts of issues at first trying to browse with Firefox. Sites would not render properly or not even load.

Exited the browser, gave the system half and hour in case it was doing something in the background related to the upgrade and a quick extra reboot and haven't had an issue since.

Im having the same issue. Its like safari crashes in a mini way. Its completely random. I feel its a bug 10.7.1 will address.

SOLVED!

It was actually my router, changed for a brand new Belkin. Everything works great
