Strange Outlook 2007 problem

One specific user on my network has this strange problem where she deletes emails from both her inbox and deleted items then randomly they will reappear sometimes.

Any idea? Some people think its our Nod32 anti virus but all the network users use this and they dont have this problem.

She is also using blackberry.....but then, so are quite a few others without the issue.

Outlook re-synchronising with her Blackberry? I.e. if Outlook is set to synch with the BB, maybe it's retrieving emails that are on her BB but not on the server.

I'd begin by checking synch settings on both Outlook + BB.
