Seeing a strange problem with two users, both of them use Outlook and both of them have outlook setup on a laptop and a desktop machine.

It appears if they recieve a load of E-Mails when using the desktop machine, when they then go and use the laptop, any E-Mail that has been recieved on the desktop will not display on the laptop.

Is there some option in outlook I am missing that can cause this? Surely they should both sync exactly the same?

No, once you've downloaded/received your email to the machine either the desktop or the laptop all the emails will be stored locally to that machine.

e.g. if you downloaded emails using the laptop these would not be available on the desktop.

I 'think' there is an option to allow download but leave a copy on the email server so that the other machine will also have access. This would allow you to have copies in both places.

Ah so I see, seems there a few options for syncing one outlook account on multiple machines. Which check them out also.

Thanks.

Not directly. Just allowing 2 machines access to the same emails if a copy is left on the server. Personally this can get pretty messy quickly if you're not sure how its working.
