Strange packet loss issues ...

Wondering if anyone could solve this mystery. Recently I’m having huge packet loss ... but only when streaming Amazon Prime video and only on my ipad.
And despite the high packet loss it doesn’t affect streaming picture quality. Upload & download speeds look fine.

QoS kicking in dropping ping response in favour of continuing the stream?

What speed is your connection?

Average around 40-50mbps Download, 2-3.5mbps Upload.
