Hi guys, anyone ever seen this? I have one PC in my office that displays the login page like this and I have no idea why! any suggestions much appreciated!

tried on firefox, installed chrome with the same result.
No plugins on the browser, tried disabling windows firewall, stopped anti virus (windows defender)

Same thing, just shows the letter N inthe middle and an american flag instead.

no thats what im saying its just this one PC, I have not seen this issue before, all other pcs in the office working fine
