Strange Permissions Issue

I recently moved most of my libraries over to a different ssd (right click, properties, location).

It transpired that in doing so, other users could now access these libraries. To combat this I went into permissions, clicked 'add' and another users name, and clicked deny for all access.

Now I can't access my own libraries? Even though permissions clearly states that I have 'Full Control' of them.

What gives?

It's windows 10, latest version.

Scrap that, issue still exists!

I took take ownership of the folders, even though I was already listed as the owner. I can now see and open them, but I cannot delete them. It says I don't have access.

What the hell is going on?

EDIT :

AAANDDD Fixed it again. Even though I was the owner and everything was set up correctly, I had to add myself to the user list on the D: drive itself again and give myself full control. That SEEMS to have fixed it.

Windows 10 can be a little quirky :/
