Strange points question???

Hi some of you guys might remember early in December I got stopped twice in 5 days for driving whilst using a mobile. Now I paied the fines and handed both of the tickets in within a day of eachother but at diffrent station think the 16/17 of December, I handed my licence in at the first station and the second took my fpn as receipt of driver licence.

Now fast forward to today, I have not heard anything from the police or dvla until today. My GF just rang me to say my licence is back (gone for well over a month) and that I only have 3 points for one offence (su80) and one court code, there is no mention of another offence? Does this mean as I have heard nothing from the police and the dvla have no knowlege of the other offence I have got away with just a fine for the second offence??? Or could they be brewing a court date? It's almost 2 months since this happened.

I would appreciate any advice :)
 
well thats pretty special. the counterpart may not have been stamped and written on but i wonder how many points the dvla think you have
 
I phoned earlier and the person I spoke to was useless she was telling me that it's on my counterpart etc... But I was trying to explain my situation and got nowhere. Grrrr. Anyway I sorted everthing out asap my end paied the fines and got the FPNs in at the stations within a day of eachother so I asume they would have had the details at the dvla, they had my licence for over a month so it's not like it was a rushed mistake?

Surely I would have heard something by now about my other points if they were looking for a licence to put them on :?
