Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R

Right im getting a few problems recently;

1) When im in windows and shut the computer down, it'll go through the procedure but just before the computer turns off, it'll sounds a high pitched noise, not a beep but more of a siren.

2) When i press the reset button for any reason, sometimes it'll make that siren noise and turn off totally. When i press the power button, the PC will power up but for some reason it's reset the bios to defaults.

3) Sometimes when i turn the computer on, on the very first screen where it shows your memory, CPU and attached drives - it doesnt show the CPU, the space stays blank.

I have had no. 2 with a Gigabyte board in the past, always had the latest bios, never found a fix. Found their boards to be consistantly problematic with a short life expectancy, don't touch them any more!

Has this just started happening recently? Was your system perfectly stable before these problems started? Do you do massive overclocks?
