Strange Problem - NEC 20WGX2

Hi,

I've recently noticed this strange 'blur' across the very top of my monitor, and im 98% sure it isn't a stain on the front of it as i keep it fairly clean and use proper cleaning spray/wipes.

It is only visible under certain colours.

Any ideas as to what it could be?
