When I put cds/dvds into my top optical drive (I have two) the player never reads the media properly. It instead only reads it as blank media which it isn't. Why is this?
It's a Samsung Writemaster SH S183A DVDRW drive.
I have checked all leads are connected. Everything appears to be setup as it should be. The problem appears to only affect the top - and not the bottom.
Edit - the firmware is the latest version.
