strange problem with 3DMark Vantage

when my HD4850 is @ stock i get a score of 0,but the graphics test says 27000+

anyone had this kind of problem ?

Btw.does anyone know what kind of score i should be getting with 27000+ with GPU and 12000+ with cpu?

Maybe you've set the resolution and settings far too low to obtain 1000FPS :p.

Seriously though, that is a weird one. Why not run some games and record the FPS and then match that up to benchmarks for average FPS?. Remember if the test PC is higher spec'd than your own machine to expect a little lower performance than you're seeing.

FPS in all over games is fine,i just did another run with the res of 1920 x 1200 and get a score of 0 still.

I figured it out. You have to search to find out that Custom runs wont display a 3D Mark Score, just the CPU and GPU scores. How friggin dumb is that? So if I pick it to run my screens native res and not Vantages res it wont give a 3D Mark score. Only if you run the damn default benchmark. LAME LAME LAME.

but anyway is vantage regarded as a good measure? rather than 3d06 which is balls

I think he'll just want a score to compare to see if his is in line with other people with roughly the same hardware and clockspeeds of CPU and such. He could have just tested game FPS in a few titles to compare with the review sites. I agree that running Vantage/3d mark 06 is not a good measure for our gaming. If my games are spitting out roughly the same as I've been seeing then I'd be content.
