So i bought a powercolor R290 PCS+ and have had a few teething problems, first off i could not get the 14.1 drivers to work, then i tried 13.2 all was fine, i installed MSI AB so i could monitor the temps and fps, as i have mentioned in a few related threads my card was quiet loud when doing a maxed out heaven run, yet gibbo has claim that his findings is a cool and quiet card, now to cut a long story short, i have notice after a restart, if i go in to MSI AB my voltage control is on plus 50 at the start and i have to click on the rest tab for it to run default setting, i have not had MSI AB on this PC before, i have always used Evga Precision, and i have never saved any profiles with that as you could not adjust the volts on my 780 or 780ti so other than some sort of bug is there any other plausible explanation for this, if i never had MSI installed would this still happen?
