Howzit guys.

I've got a friend's computer here, which doesn't detect any USB devices. So, I decided to have a look in the device manager to see if the USB Host devices were installed. When I opened up the device manager, it doesn't show anything.

No devices at all. Just empty..
Also, the user seems to have disabled a lot of things, as the theme is clasic mode and the machine is only using 45mb of ram in idle.

Any ideas, guys?

Thanks a lot. :)
Rob.

Is a repair install the only way?

Reason I ask is because I don't have the Windows XP Professional disk here, with me. :(

Thank you.

Even if it is; there should still be devices in the device manager. Iwill check it however.

Thanks all. :)

LizardKign: Thanks, all working now. However I am still worried about all the other services being disabled?

I checked there and the site is now not working. I just enabled the ones I thought were needed. All working now. :)

Thanks all! :D
