Strange problem

Ive got a saphire 1900xt and am using ati tool as I was wanting to try overclocking it a bit.

I have set a profile for stock and have set the clocks for 625/725 and the voltage to 1.4 (as advised in the guide)

I have also set it to load this profile when windows starts but the problem is sometimes it freezes as it loads the profile then i get no signal to the monitor. So I restart and every thing is fine?

Anyone got any ideas why this would happen?

Another thing, If I load windows without ati tool then open it and load the profile it usually freezes the first time but will be ok after a restart?

Have i forgot to set someting or is this a common thing?

I havn't overclocked it yet tho. Isnt 625/725 just the stock 3d speeds so there shuldnt be a problem at that speed?
Sorry, I have a nVidia card so don't know the default speeds/voltage of your card.

What happens when you create no profile to load at boot? (in other words everything at default and no extra profile)

If i dont load any profile when windows boots everything is fine untill i try and load the stock profile. Some times it will be ok but sometimes i get the problem.

When I was using the Catylist control center I never had any problems.

Thanks for the help so far but any ideas what could be causing it?
