My father-in-law asked me to look at his PC and when you put the pc on the desktop is covered 80% by another pic which i cannot remove!! I have tried going into properties / pictures and selecting a new pic as the windows wallpaper but that just goes behing the pic he has on the display!! I tried deleting the pic but it still stays there. The desktop is ok 'behind' this pic!! I tried safe mode but still no joy!! How do i get rid of it? The pic is all blocky too. Ta
