Strange Problem

I seem to b getting a dialog I have never seen before asking me what connection I want to use whenever I browse the internet.

Do you have more than one network connection? perhaps wireless and wired? It sounds like you have and the machine cannot decide which to use.
Are you perhaps on a laptop with both connections going at once?
