Hey Guys, not sure where to post this as the problem could be one of several things.

First my system specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo E2140 CPU
ASUS P5B Deluxe Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300C3 667MHz Memory
Connect 3DX1950XT Graphics Card
Corsair HX 620 PSU. (overkill i know) :p

I also have no add on cards.

Well at stock everything runs fine, no problems at all.

I have the latest BIOS (AMI) and Drivers.

Speed Spectrum, Speedstep and C1E Support all Disabled.
The PCI Express Frequency is locked at 101 and the PCI Clock Synchronization set to 33.33MHZ.

When i raise the FSB to 360, Memory 720 with timings of 3-3-3-8 so a 1:1 ratio and a overclock of 2.88GHZ. So i save the settings and restart the machine, it boots into Windows fine.

I also check in CPU-Z, make sure the settings are all correct. Under the Mainboard tab, Graphic Interface bit: Link Width x16, so thats all fine.

Now when i raise the FSB above 360, weather that be 361, 370, 383, when i restart the machine i always seem to get 1 long beep and 3 short beeps. Then another beep (thats normal) and then machine boots into windows. This indicates a Conventional/Extended memory failure.

Also the funny thing is, when it boots into windows and i check CPU-Z, under the Mainboard tab, then Graphic Interface the Link Width is now x1.

I cant seem to think why it is doing this, hopefully some one can help me out?

Thanks everyone. :)
