I was playing world of warcraft yesterday and my screen shrunk inwards which was really weird, but since this has happend i cant get the screen to go back to the original size. I use 1600 x 1200 resolution which fills the screen nicely. The monitor is an iiyama HM903DT B Vision Master Pro 454, i have tried reinstalling the drivers but with no luck, is this a sign that the monitor is on its way out? when i change the refresh rate to 60Hz @ 1600 x 1200 (runs at 100hz normally) it fills up the screen how it should but obviously flickers a lot coz of the lower refresh rate so makes it unusable.
This is what i mean (running @ 100Hz 1600 x 1200):
I have the horizontal size on the screen set to max and everything just looks awful and stretched so its not that. The graphics card is new and has been working fine since i got it so i hope its not that, its an XFX 8800GTX. The graphics card was overclocked but is now running at stock and the problem persists.
I have the money to buy a new monitor if its on its way out, but i aint sure. Look forward to your replies, thx for reading
