Today I decided to reinstall Windows, however I started to run into problems where the PC would crash - the screen would go blank. It didn't start happening until today.
It's now got to the point where the screen goes blank before the PC finishes POSTing, I did leave it turned off for 10 minutes while I did a battery out CMOS reset. And when I turned it on after that I managed to get into the BIOS before it went to the black screen.
I've removed all SATA devices, removed all but one memory DIMM and tried it in different slots.
I've never come across a problem like this before... does anyone have any past experience of something similar?
