I have have an oldish 32" LCDTV hooked up to my computer at the moment but I've noticed some strange lines in the lower part but its only really noticable on pictures or videos (or when playing games).
I've attatched a picture do you can see. It doesn't really stand out against the wallpaper i have at the moment but it can be really annoying at times.
I've also used UDPixel and it doesn't show up at all when the screen is single colour which I find very strange...
