Strange Problem

Hi Guys,

Just lately I have been getting this message in the image below when playing
games like BF3 and Blacklight Retribution another FPS, the strange things is
though I ain't got a clue why I'm getting the message.

I thought RAM so I got some more so I now have 16Gb and I am still having the
problem, spec of my system in my sig. Thanks guys.

I could just ignore it but i would rather find the root of the problem so that i
can fix it or whatever i need to do.

I'm assuming that no one has a good idea why this might be happening?

Nah I have got "RainMeter" running all the time and apart from that there is nothing else
running really.
