Strange quicktime problem + iTunes 7 help
Whenever I launch a video in quicktime (streaming, from Pc) my computer goes incredibly slow and the mouse cursor only updates every 5 seconds or so. The video wont play but occasionaly I get a bit of sound. Anyone know how I can fix this? It's a new XP format (last week, formated all hard drives and started fresh)
I don't know if this will help but I have the following installed:
1) ffdshow
2) CCC Codec pack
3) WMP11
4) Latest iTunes
EDIT: iTunes has been crashign a lot as well recently
I don't know why but it mostly seems to be when importing CDs. I've never had problems with iTunes and Quicktime before and it's funny for them to be misbehaving on a new install and witha fresh library (I've been re-ripping my library)
