I'm having issues with dinovo set, which consists my mouse refusing to charge at time and the media pad is squeeking, so I go about contacting Logitech about this issue.

They reply promptly agreeing to send me out a replacement dinovo kit.

In return they asked for the following and I quote:

Thank you for contacting Logitech's Electronic Technical Support.

You have to send back some parts to us in Switzerland

The parts, which have to be sent back to us are the following:

- The battery doors from the keyboard, mouse and MediaPad.
- The keyboard feet.
- The USB, PS/2 and power supply plugs. These three plugs just have to be cut off from the cables to which they are attached, leaving as little cable as possible still attached to the plugs.

I can't be the only one reading this incorrectly, I re-contacted logitech to ensure this wasn't a mistake and it isn't.

Strange, huh?

Ninja edit: What would be the cheapest method to send the above? Airmail?
