Mine started crashing in games after i went from 16gb to 32gb ram recently. Turned out i needed another 0.05v vcore to be stable at 3200 c14, ram voltage stayed at 1.4v and soc at 1.135v as before.

I assumed it was a ram settings issue but was wrong in the end.

I don't know if is related but on my Ryzen system games or OBS started to frequently crash about 3 weeks ago. I've re-installed Windows in an attempt to sort it out. I still had one crash on AC Origins today, but it does seem to be going for much longer than before the re-install.
Before I re-installed I added an m.2 fan for my NVME drive, and now I just can't get my RAM to overclock like it always used to. I will take the fan off to see if that sorts it out.

Won't be the motherboard or CPU:

7 month old Corsair RMi 1000
ASUS ROG Crosshair VI

I've reset to default multiple times, tried adding more volts and all sorts.

Thanks

So you have reset everything to default, no xmp (ie ram at 2133) and reinstalled windows and it is still crashing?
