strange secondary display issue

ok so i have my 32 inch hdtv via hdmi using a hd 5770 and my 17 inch for my main screen, i mainly use the secondary for video's media and sometimes games, but however when i go to youtube and play a video fullscreen, it scales down the video and has a very large black border around the video, its like playing it on a 21 inch monitor, it plays everything else fine!

Have you tried updating your flash player (at least I think that is what youtube uses)
