New build. All went well until a crappy overclocking utility nuked Windows and I had to do a repair install. Now when I shutdown the machine just sits there saying the (very old fashioned) "it is now safe to turn off your computer" and I have to actually press the power button. I'm extremely lazy and this is a big problem for me 
Also, when I go to shutdown the "standby" button is also blanked out. Have I turned some option on/off in Windows or the BIOS? I've looked but can't see anything.
