strange Skyrim problem anyone else having it??

Ok guys the best way to describe it that when I’m outside in the open world and walking looking around... I get a rapid flashing of the screen black and what seems like to me water splashing sounds in sync with the fast flashing anyone else having this issue see my sigs for specs and drivers much thanks

Known bug I think. I get this sometimes but usually indoors. Exiting and reentering the are sometimes works.

Its as if it thinks you're in a puddle or underwater or something.

Aye I got this occasionally. Hasn't done it in a while though. It usually stopped if you went into a chest or entered and exited somewhere.

There seems to be a problem with high frame rate, what are you getting in terms of fps. Anything over 80 seems to cause this. If you have an ATI card you can limit fps using Afterburner, if you have an nVidia card you need to use the latest drivers with Nvidia Inspector (advanced option) to manage it.

Or just enable Vsync on a 60hz monitor.

PS another symptom I've heard is articles being thrown around a room that you have just entered.
