I am just wondering if this is odd at all - I am currently on a 2500k in an Asrock z68 extreme4 and according to CPUz my clock speed is oscillating, while no intensive programs are open. I am sitting here watching it flip between a multi of x16 and x48 every few (2-8) seconds, with the voltage also swinging around between ~1.048v and ~1.2v+. Is this normal? Surely it isn't healthy for the CPU to do this.
