strange startup problem

For some reason whenever I start windows now it always opens this folder in explorer

C:\Users\MYUSER\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\-p

I've tried renaming the folder called -p to something else but it still opens that folder.

Any tips on tracking down whats doing this?
