Just had a very strange call from a woman saying she was going to sort out problems that were being reported from my computer...erm, I started to ask her what service provider she was with, and she said she was working for the operating system, so then I said 'so you work for microsoft' she said yes - then I told her I actually use a mac (I use both 
) and she got really arsy and then said she was only trying to sort out my problems! I told her that any error messages I have I don't send on to microsoft and couldn't see how any problems I have can be reported (I have no problems)...she really went into one then, so I calmly said - ok my pc is on but before I go anywhere can I have your name...(which she gave), and then I said, 'Ok I am ready to see what you require, but also let me tell you I have logged the call and recorded it' she promptly put phone down
